About the Track

One of my favorite ways of worshipping God is through being active. I think it's beautiful how we can honor the creator of our bodies by using it! Sport track is for those who like to stay active. We will dive into different sports and activities to use our body in different ways. We will do anything from Tabata-workouts, skiing, football, volleyball, ice skating and small trips etc. And the best part is that you don't need to have experience with the different sports!  We will learn and have fun together!

A Spring DTS Track

The goal is to challenge your body in different ways and learn about the body as the holy temple of God and about how we can apply our faith in sports. During the track time we will also read a book about this.  

My hope for you on this track is that you will get challenged in different ways physically, as well as making good memories, having fun and growing together.  

Every lecture week, there is set 3 hours aside in the schedule for this track.
